Shipping
At this time Rapture only ships to Canada and the United States. All orders are shipped via Canada Post (Ground). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-2 business days for delivery for Canadian residents, 7-10 business days for American residents.
Return Policy
Rapture does not accept any refunds however exchanges may be made on unworn and unwashed items. Shirts must be in the same exact state and condition in which they were received in order to be eligible for an exchange. They must not be washed or altered in any way, shape, or form.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, please email [email protected] with the intent to exchange before shipping the item(s). Once request is confirmed, customer is responsible for shipping the product back within 14 days at their own cost. Exchanges depend on limited inventory. Exchanges cannot be applied to a 'new release' shirt.
